1000 watt inverter

Still learning about my new NP 381. Read some about the inverter (first one for me). It does have the residential fridge. How do I find out what the inverter powers? Receptacles? Outside fridge?

Going to go out on a limb here and suggest...

Unplug your camper from shore power, turn on the inverter, see what still works.

Then turn it off, and see what doesn't.

I'm sure others can just tell you what will and wont work on inverter power ( I could guess) but I recommend the hands on approach in this case

It's likely your inverter is 'powering' more plugs than you can safely use if you have too much stuff running on those circuits. Not sure how many watts yours is rated for.

Inside fridge and outlets/tv in the main bedroom. I actually have small labels on mine from the factory. Have tested it or how long it runs. Kinda like the idea of the bedroom TV one so if we lose power I can watch a weather report.

Just got back from the dealer and you are right emity02. Refrigerator, TVs, all outlets are powered from my inverter. Understanding I only have 1,000 watts, how many batteries are necessary? I'm thinking the single that came with the purchase is not enough.

My NP came with the single battery too...definitely not enough juice! I have 3 12volt batteries now and have no problems.
