Stopped for the night and found some of the freezer contents on floor.

Saw this one at eTrailer. In the customer photos it shows the latch being used on a Furrion unit.

I have same problem. Mine isn't even close to latching.
Right now dealer is sparing with Jayco over this. jayco sent new latches, what is that going to fix?

I'm taking this to the end. It's supposed to latch, period!

I don't know what this fridge cost, but it should work properly

ref

Jayco sent me instructions to fix from the manufacturer. They were for a shim kit that is available to dealers. That gave me a hint though and I saw that the door had shifted while traveling. I re adjusted the freezer door and it now works. Its going to the dealer next week.
I'm always amazed at the number of things in an RV that are not designed to hold up on the road.

Does "Furrion" translate to "inferior" in some other langauge?

It seems what they make is crap from the multitudes of complaints posted here!
