15k Whisper Quite AC leaking from air intake vent.

Well found a new issue on my 377 with the 15kBTU AC. Was running just fine on high cool for hours and then all of a sudden water started coming out of the return vent by on the door side. Pulled the cover on the roof and drain was not blocked, but had some ice on the coils, I also found some of the HVAC tape was ripped in some places. I retaped what I could see and reach topside and ran the fan on high for 2 hours or more to defrost the ice.

Turned AC back to high cool like I had it before and for the next 8 to 10 hours all was good, then same issue.

Figure I have 1 of two problems

1) Freon is leaking
2) Speaking with service center, they said it is common for the return ducts to collapse causing this exact issue due to the roof insulation sitting on the duct work.

Will have to check the return duct to see if it is open or not. He said that he is 90% sure this is the issue as he has seen it in some class A and Granddesign 5th wheels with this Coleman AC unit. Said I can see if it is collapsed and put a piece of wood in the duct off to the side to keep it open.

Anyone else have this happen to them?
