2010 jayco super lite water pump

Hey there, just a question for you guys i am new to camping and i recently bought a 2010 jayco super lite fifth wheel. When i have my water pump on in trailer (not hooked up to city water) just pumping out of my fresh water tank. The pump i hear it go off when outside trailer when no one is using water, I take it i have air leak somewhere. The pump seems to go off about every 10-15 min i would say when we are outside of trailer. Just wondered where a good place to check first would be, I am thinking i got a loose hose clamp somewhere or something but just wondered what you guys thought. thank you

Sounds like a bad check valve in the pump and it's not holding pressure.
