2013 Eagle 31.5 RLTS

Took delivery of a new 31.5 RLTS. Still trying to check everything out. I noticed that there is no insulation for the bathroom drain pipe that goes through the front basement area. Seems like there should be insulation at that location?

If its like my 2011, it's comes out in your storage compartment. That is heated!!
