2014 Pinnacle 36KPTS sofa

We've had our pinnacle for about 6 months now. Just wondering if anyone has swapped the sofa from the slide out to the back window and put recliners in the slide out. The recliners are not really useable when sofa is made into bed and would rather have the recliners directly across from the tv. If you have done this, is there any problem with the slides when bringing them in? Thanks.

I have a 2012 KPTS. We swapped out the loveseat that was in the slider for a futon. The loveseat was too small and I got a full size futon. No problems.

We have a 2013KPTS and took the couch out. We replaced the couch with 2 theater seats and a 10" arm rest between them. It worked out great and is very comfortable for watching tv or relaxing.

Personally we like the recliners in the slide across from the TV. Actually, a recliner for me and a rocker glider for my DW.

I'm wondering is if the slide on the 36KPTS is the same width and the same distance from the back as the one on the 36RSQ. If so they one should be able to set the rear seating on the KPTS the same as the RSQS.

I'll have to ask if the factory would consider doing this.

We are thinking of taking the couch out and putting 2 theater seats and a 10" arm rest between them. Then where the recliners were, we are going to put a desk, our computer, our printer and our shredder in that area. The windows out the back would be a perfect backdrop to working on our desk and the recliners would be straight across from the TV.

I like the basic idea but what do you do when you take the grandkids someplace and need a place for them to sleep. Need to figure a way to do both. Ideas?
