2015 Jayco Eagle HT 27.5 RLTS water heater

I started having some issues with the electric portion of our water heater (Atwood GC6AA-10E) over the weekend. I am hearing the electric heater element relay, being pulled in and dropped out any time that there is a call for the electric heat. Everything runs fine on gas. I am only getting 8.3 VDC, to 9.25 VDC at my relay coil, hot wire. The relay pulls in when the voltage gets to 9.1 VDC and above. Then drops out as the voltage drops. I am going to replace the relay, since it cycled so many times this weekend. This will not fix my issue. If I try to read the voltage at the circuit board, I only get 91 mV, then it spikes to 335 mV. Grounding is good throughout, no potential between any ground and the board. Does this appear to be an Atwood control board issue? I have seen these have been, in other threads.

Water heater control board was bad and had reduced voltage, to electric heating element relay. Replacement of the control board repaired the issue. Now I have 12.5 volts to the relay, instead of 7.99 volts.
