2016 29.5bhds winterizing

Hello all, an avid camper for 20 years, but every year it seems these manuals & campers, lol. Truly to save more & more $$. I've read many post on winterizing, & to make things simpler if they would just make a winterizing diamgram- as there all so different

I have
-Opened low point drain & emptied, then closed
-Turned on hot water bypass & drained
- turned my 6-1 center valves to "proper setting" I believe to suck up rv avntifreeze, & ran it through all faucet hot water, then cold, & toilet
- emptied all drain tanks & left valves "open"
- sprayed antifreeze through 6-1 hose outlet

Question- I can't find any drain valve for fresh water tank- does it drain from low point drain?

Am I missing anything? Please help

Thanks

Tom

Welcome to the forum.

Probably someone with the same trailer will be along with an answer to your fresh water drain question.

But I have a question: Did you run antifreeze through your outside shower? It's easy to overlook and you didn't mention it.

I don't have an "outside shower" per say, just a spray hose outlet, that has been used as a shower! But yes. Thank you!

I have 2 low point drain locations. One set near the back and another near the middle of the trailer. The ones near the middle drained my freshwater tank I believe.

Ok thx , I will look again, I have the "cold climate" under belly- I'm guessing you do too? I will climb underneath to look. The one I found is directly underneath my outdoor kitchen

My low point drains on my HT are opened from inside. Behind the sink on the floor near the wall. Just pull up to open the valve. One for cold and one for hot.

I don't know if yours is similar to my 2017 27.5 RLTS but I leave my rear low point drain open. (behind rear bumper) And I also open the low point drains next to my tank fill, antenna etc. panel. The valves are located by going in the underside storage and removing the access panel to get to the pump. There the low point drain valves are next to the outside wall. Hope this helps.

I'm thinking the white valve pic is for the fresh water drain and I know there are two pictures there for Lowpoint drain's but when you don't realize you have to pull out your outdoor kitchen and stick your head up underneath the countertop it's hard to find the other two low point drains anyways glad to find them... hope this helps someone

Mine is probably similar to yous.

There is a low point drain next to the door. That is the fresh water tank drain.

In the kitchen behind a drawer next to the refrigerator there are two valves that drain the water lines in the trailer.
