Not sure which unit you have, but put one of these in the utility compartment.

Definitely, but probably a pain to put on.

In my old unit I wrapped the lines. in my 2016 I have heat going in compartment area, you should have that two. I would call jayco. or check to see if heat vent is blocked.

With -30 degree temps he needs more than what the furnace is supplying.

When I lived in my 5er, I did the following.

I wrapped my water inlet, from and including the faucet with heat trace tape, then wrapped that with insulation. I also did the same with my sewer valves and sewer hose (even though I only emptied my black tank when it became full). I left my grey tank open to flow free (since the valve and sewer line were heat traced and wrapped in insulation).
Then I skirted the whole thing, but still ran a couple of surge protectors (one front and one rear) underneath. With the unit skirted and sealed, I left two small panels where I could access under the trailer (one front and one rear). I put a couple of drop lights underneath and left them turned on (metal cage drop lights a must), this actually provides some heat underneath (but you need to check the bulbs and make sure they aren't burned out from time to time).
I added an insulation panel to the inside of my storage doors (taped them on) and provided an additional seal to the doors.
Finally, I added a plastic insulation layer to my largest windows, leaving the window above the kitchen sink so I could open it for ventilation.

North os Great Falls here. We had to move out of our unskirted 377 for furnace issues, but we ran an oil radiator with wall panels open and small fan before winterizing and moving out because the furnace was not able to keep up. The tank valves froze before we could get antifreeze in after the funrace quit. We will be adding antifreeze right away next time. The 377 is rated for 0 and that's about it. A bonus, heating underneath keeps the bathroom floor warm. The DW and kiddo liked that.
