2016 Jayco North Point 341RLTS Remote control issue

I was using the remote control on the Awning Lights the other day turning them on and off when I was done and did not need them anymore.

The light switch for Main Awning light works fine, but now the light switch for the slideout awning light no longer does anything, and I can only turn it on and off with the remote.

I do I correct this issue? Has anyone else had this issue, and what should I be doing about it?

Thanks,

Greg

I know that if they are turned on with the remote they must be turned off with the remote. Ours work fine with both the remote and the switch if done using the proper "sequence". Other than that, we have not had any problems with ours but it was trial and error to figure it out at first.

I have tried turning the awning lights on and then off with the remote, and then tried using the switch and nothing. It does not work.

Decided to pull in the slides today to get rid of the tree droppings, and water from on top of the slideout toppers, and now the fridge slide only works on the remote, and not the switch.

Wish I never picked up the remote

Does anyone know where the multi function circuit board for the remote system is located on a 2016 Jayco North Point 341RLTS. I was told by Lippert components that I most likely have some blown fuses which is why the switches for the kitchen slide, and the 2nd awning lights do not work.
