Our inside trim on the kitchen slide had to be remove in our 16 Eagle RSTS. Looks like it had a bunch of staples!

The thin trim around the inside edge of the facia is stapled on...gently pops off.
Then the big fascia boards are about 1/4” or so thick, they are held on with some silicone and a few trim nails. It pops off with some pulling. The bottom block (if the pinnacle has that piece) is attached to the fascia board and comes off with it.
Then there’s 1” or so of plywood behind the fascia, screwed to the frame of the slide.

The compensate for the rollers; I installed a piece of flat galvanized iron where the rollers roll.

The bolt (screw) is on the outside. Which the Lippert tech failed to mention. He said it had to be done from the inside.

It’s that top screw outside that pokes through the sweep seal

I have tried the recommended method of fully extending the the slide and retracting 1 to 2 inches and then extending again and holding the extend button until all motors stop but it appears motors will not synchronize.

I did find the controller panel to the bedroom slide on the roof of the basement. However, cannot find the controller panel for the kitchen slide.

I assume there are one controller panel per slide. The panel I found lights up when I move the bedroom slide but not the kitchen slide.
Try looking for the slide controller inside kitchen cabinets, I had to remove the silverware drawers to find mine. Good luck on your slide problem, I just had to have one of mine replaced because one of the gears broke.

Those little motors are kind of notorious, any dealer that doesn't have a couple in stock is not much of a dealer. You can also buy them online, not bad to change if you have the slide about half way in. I keep one in my tool box just incase the need arises.

As long as your working on the slide, check out the out riggers/ frame supports under the slide for bending or flex. Other members have mentioned the problem, on the bigger fivers! Some think the problem developes from opening the slide and not being level. Thanks

Overide location for schwintech slide in our 36fbts

Our slide override for for kitchen slide is located under the lower bathroom sink, mounted to the wall in the cabinet...ridiculous location...but its there.

Reaching out to VivusCraig to see if he sorted out his slide out problem on his 2016 pinnacle at the refrigerator side? I have the exact same problem.

Well, eventually after a lot of pain, dealership replaced both motors. We had intermittent problems until last May. I would have to reset the slide every time I brought it in.

Since that time, the slide has come in fine but now there is a creaking noise on the fridge side that makes me very nervous.

Good luck with your problem.
