Awesome 5er! I'm sure you will enjoy it. At the Campground, I am sure you will get to know it better and hopefully not find any problems.

We will be getting our 321RSTS sometime late June or early July.

ENJOY!!

Everything has been great. Bery comfortable unit for the 2 of us. We had a few minor bugs the first trip out but nothing that would stop us from using the unit. The dealer got it right in and made the minor repairs.

Did you get generator prep? Leveling system? Rear camera? Second AC?

We took a bit of a drive yesterday and looked at/walked through the 293rkds. Good grief, that is a beautiful unit. We just can't make the trade right now.
Felt so solid when walking around in it. Has everything we would want.Had no idea the back up camera was included until the salesman informed us. Although very minor, either the dealer or Jayco throws in all "the hookup accessories". Yes, that is one beautiful unit...

We do not do alot of dry camping so we did not get the generator prep. The dw had them add the camera. It is an option now. We do have auto level and thermal windows. In our location we did not see a need for the second ac but it is pre wired if we need it. You used to have to take the luxury package on the 293 and it was loaded. On the 2017 models you do not have to take that option so you can add what you want and drop the rest and save a few dollars. Caint wait to get ours out again before winter hits

Ok, thanks. I'm pondering getting that option. The 293 we saw in person didn't have it. Another floor plan had it, but it wouldn't of been plumbed the same.

What is the build date of your 293? Would be on the vin sticker.

Thanks,
Earl

Just looked up sani con macerator. Sounds like it can be an indispensable option. What would the option run cost-wise?

The current order sheet is $487.00 for the factory installed option. It can be added aftermarket but I don't know what that would cost.

I am not sure of the build date. When we ordered it the early spring we thought we were getting a 2016. The salesman called a few weeks later and said that when they build the next run of that model it would be a 2017. We were happy because we like the rxtetior color alot better and the sliding bathroom door is nice. On the 2016 you had to take the luxery package our 17 has all those features and a couple more be ause of when we placed the order. If you order a 17 now you do not have to take the luxury package and you can order the features you like and save money. As far as the sani con goes for the 293rkds just remember there are 2 drains. One under the doc station for the black and grey bathroom tanks. There is a grey drain at the rear for the kitchen. The 2 systems are not plumbed together unless they have changed it since june when we got ours.
