So now that the "its new and mine Rose colored glasses" have come off. Here are the issues I have encountered. The battery shut-off had very poorly crimped wires ( they fell off when I was checking the switch). The tray for the fuel cans was mounted to close the the door, causing it to bow out ( flipped tray moved it back about 1/2" re-drilled holes and re-mounted). Hooked up water and found out my waterheater connections were loose ( had to pull drawer and crawl under to tighten connections). The biggest issue I can't seem to fix is the floor between the counter and the tv creaks when you walk on it, I think I might just have to live with it.
Mine does the same on my 2018 321. The floors apparently have aluminum joist. If there is a screw that is loose anywhere then its going to creak. Probably could be fixed but might be a real PIA so I'm just going to live with mine.
Just had our 2017 Eagle 321rsts in to dealer. They fixed two floor squeeks and a list of other things! They added a block of wood and screwed and glued it. Wooden runners butted and stapled was the issue. Of course it squeezed! Not the best construction engineering at the factory. 2 x4's are so expensive to buy these days! Could not use a continuous length or a proper transition. Gotta use every piece efficiently. No more squeeks for us!

It didn’t occur to me that this could be a warranty item. My floor at home squeaks, and this is my first RV, so I just figured squeaking is what floors do.
But if this is not normal (and the living area squeaks a LOT in my 30.5 MBOK) then I’d like to know also, so I can have it fixed.
