2018 377 RLBH door and storage locks

It is very hard to lock and unlock all of the locks, they seem to be junk. Has anyone replaced them with better quality locks or are they fixable?
I bet if I went to the website of whoever makes these locks, they will talk about how good their locks are......
Thanks
Van Sayler

Try some graphite lube or even WD40

Did you try spraying graphite or silicon spray in each lock? Mine were REALLY stiff when I got my 377. Spraying the locks fixed the problem for me.

2018 377 RLBH door and storage locks

Mine were horrible and almost broke the keys off in the locks. 2018 321RSTS so bad I went online and ordered replacements keys as I just knew I would be breaking them off. Do as others state spray lube them
Really good or use graphite, and before turning keep working the keys in and out. Called the dealer and they acted as if it’s just normal. They will loosen up if you don’t break them off first. Good luck

I don't have graphite but I do have spray white lithium grease that I was going to try in the morning. Does that sound like a good lubricant?
thanks

I wouldn’t use white lithium grease for locks. Get some graphite, or some dry lubricant (like slide out lube). WD40 would also work in a pinch (it’s really not the best to use but far better than white lithium grease)

Boeshield T-9!

More than likely, if you took delivery over the winter, the locks got filled with road salt spray. Happened to mine, too.

Spray Boeshield on the locks, on the cargo door hinges, on the main door hinge, Boeshield everywhere!

Graphite! If that doesn’t help I’d suggest replacing the offenders. Rvlocks and more was a good source for me.

Cabin door lock jams

On my 2017 29 ME, the main cabin door dead bolt has jamed twice to the point that I’ve had to remove the lock from the door and release the dead bolt. The lock is well lubricated.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I would say yes, but it's happened a couple time when I was working on it at home and no one was inside. At least I can't see them if their in there.
