2018 Jayco North Point 381FLWS - rear bedroom/bathroom pop out issues
We purchased a new 381FLWS in January (2018 model) and have been having problems with the rear bedroom/bathroom pop out. On our second trip in the unit it would not pop out, found out it was the wiring harness that got yanked from the wall. Went on one more trip with it not working until they got the harness.
Went on two more trips and on the third the pop out will not go out and now again the wiring harness got pulled from the wall, I attached a photo.
So now we are six trips since purchasing and three of them we had no use of that pop out, luckily it is the one pop out that we can use the unit with out it being extended. But come on.
According to the dealer, this is a known problem with this model and that Jayco does not have a work around. It appears the tire rubs on the wheel well pop out and yanks the wiring harness until it pulls from the wall. When we go in they want to check the suspension, but noting looks bad there.
Anyone else have this problem and if so how was it resolved. Any guidance is appreciated, the new harness is in but if this is just going to happen again and again this is not acceptable. Thanks in advance.
