2018 Jayco Pinnacle

Pulled black tank, would not drain, hooked up flush & seemed to drain. Went inside to dump aqua chem in & add water. Water started filling up bowl. Went out & pulled tank, nothing!! Why is tank not draining?

Either the cable came off the dump valve or you have a blockage. Only way to check the cable is to open the coreplast and look.

Depending on what model Pinnacle you have, taking out the back wall of the basement should gain you access to the valves.

Snake it from both openings, if the snake won’t go through, then the valve is still closed.
