2018 Pinnacle

Wife and I recently ordered a 2018 Pinnacle 36KPTS. Looking for info from other 36KPTS owners.

We also have the 36kpts on order. Offline date supposed to be first week of Sept. This is our first Jayco product, and I would also like to hear from other Pinnacle owners about what to expect, and look for. Hopefully we can both look forward to a good experience.

Thanks old man, looking forward to hearing from the group. Just hope I don't have to ask too many questions, because that would mean problems. LOL Good to hear from you

Congratulations and welcome to both of you. As of yesterday, we also have a 36KPTS on order. We were told offline the end of October though.

We ordered ours about 4 weeks ago, so I guess that's the time frame difference. Congratulations on your order also. I see a lot of the 36kpts units on order. Apparently a popular floor plan.

We have a 2015 38FLSA and love it. Expect to have a few problems but that has to be expected. IMPORTANT.....when you take delivery your dealer will give you a walk-through orientation. Insist that they plug it in so you can checkout the electric and electronics. If possible, have your dealer hookup a hose so you can checkout the plumbing. Ask questions! Take the time to read the manuals. Finally, take it on an overnight "shakedown" trip to familiarize yourself with the total operation of the unit. Good luck and safe travels.

We got one of the last 2017 and we love it. The only thing I can suggest is on your walk through check everything. We thought we did a good job but missed one thing and now they blame us and won't fix it. During our walk through we stood in the door and watched as the awnings moved half way out and back in to make sure they worked. So the 1st time we went on a trip we put the awnings all the way out and sitting out underneath admiring it we noticed a tear in the part that is to protect it from weathering. It has never been parked next to a tree or anything that could cause a tear. But the dealer blames us and will not warranty it. So we will patch it and feel sad that our new $80,0000 baby has a band aid.

Congratulations on your new purchase.
My Wife & I just returned from a 10 day shakedown trip with our 2018 Pinnacle 36KPTS. We did experience a couple minor issues that were easily corrected, so all we both are very well pleased with our new Fiver.
