2019 Eagle HT 29.5 RLDS Dometic Fridge Door

Hi friends,
Newbie.....though been reading board for a year. Love the experience you guys have. Great resource.

I've owned numerous FW/TT/TC's over the years, but haven't run across this yet:

Fridge door outer wood panel keeps coming loose & sliding down - and it's heavy. Wife worried she'll lose her toes.....
Working with local dealer to have another go at repairing it (still on warranty). Plastic clip holding it up& in is, well, a pretty wimpy design.

Anyone by chance had this issue, or can visualize a more permanent fix idea ?

Can you put some 3M VHB tape behind the panel to hold it in place? If I remember right they are just a decorative panel on the door.

That's a good idea, and I'll try it if the techs don't find a permanent fix.
It does appear decorative, but stout & probably weighs 12-15 lbs.

Don't want my beer to roll out of the fridge, right?
