How long has it been since you turned on the valves? Also is there an arm that controls the on/off function of the ice maker?

I turned the valves on Wednesday morning and yes the handle is down on the icemaker so it was on for over 24 hours but still no ice

Did you look in the outside vent? There is probably a valve there as well.

Are you sure that both of the valves are in the "on" position? Also is there possibly a switch in the fridge itself that needs to be turned on? Wish I could help but I'm not familiar with the Norcold fridge.

Try calling Norcold directly (800-543-1219), they may be able to help.

Both valves could only be turned one way there is a metal wire switch on the icemaker you have to push it down to get it to make ice and there are only 2 valves for the icemaker I talked to the tech that Camping world told me to call he seemed like he knew what was going on i will try calling norcold thanks for the info happy trails

Check the wiring on the fill solenoid in the outside compartment. It's a spade connector and may be loose or fell off. Be careful it is 110V

I am going through this now with my new 2020 38 FLWS Pinnacle. Just another PDI item the dealer missed...there was NO water going into the already cold freezer. With some research I discover not 1 bug 2 valves in inconspicuous locations (behind drawer under stove & in the floor of the island!).

We’ll after turning them both ON, Now I am getting water to the ice maker but it keeps dripping and filling the cube tray with water.

My friends searched the NORCOLD site and discovered the ice maker needs some more water pressure so I took off the pressure regulator and predicted. Now I am getting water to stop dripping and just go to the reservoir.

Wait, this keeps getting worse! Now the water in the reservoir is frozen and the feared turning wheel will not turn to cut cubes as the reservoir is frozen solid!

It is as if the electronics to the cube cutter isn’t working.
So much for PDI’s and this is just for the ice cube issue!

But wait, there is more!

I will shut off the 50A circuit at the shore power and go on that fishing trip outside of the 5W.
