2019 Pinnacle 36SSWS Slide Question

The Kitchen slide makes a lot of noise when opening and closing. Is this normal ? The other slides are no where close to making that kind of noise. Does any other Pinnacle owners notice this and is it normal due to the weight.

I think our kitchen slide is a bit louder towards the end of travel. Slides one and two in the bedroom are the other schwintecks and quieter but they are of course the lightest.

We take a roll call of the cats before moving the slides because at one point in their travel, they all sound like one is caught up in them.

Next time we run them I'll pay closer attention.

Yea ours are the same way towards the end of travel opening and when you first start when closing. Now I feel better thanks.

I was told during our PDI that the one slide is a different type and that the noise is normal. Had to laugh about the cats.

Yes, I think the weight (1200 to 1300 lbs) of the kitchen slide adds to the vocals. I'm at the point that I really don't care how much noise it makes as long as it fully retracts and extends
