2019 RLOK Questions

1. On the steps leading up to the bedroom there are slots cut into the kick plate. Can someone tell what these are for? Looks like it lets valuable cold air out. My first thought is this is really to let heat out to keep everything below the stay warm in the winter. I'm thinking about blocking them to keep ,more cold air in the unit.

2. I can not for the life of me figure out how to lower the power level on this microwave. I cant even find this model on the internet. I had it in the shop and of course they say nothing is wrong. Model EM038K6BA-S and I tried what the directions said to do.

On a good note. Jayco replaced the front AC with a low profile as they agreed it set up to high. When hooked to my stocked truck I was at 13'10".

It is for the return air on the heating system.

What model is your RLOK, is it an Eagle?
