2020 321rsts slide problem

Good Afternoon everyone. We have an unusual situation and wondered if anyone has any insight. We will be calling the dealer tomorrow to troubleshoot but thought we'd post here to see what others may think.
Our fifth wheel has 3 slides and 2 awnings. It has the manual panel with the toggle switches and the digital system called "Once Control".
Two of the three slides and the two awnings will not operate with the manual toggle switch but they will operate via the digital system. We opened the panel to look for loose wires and there did not appear to be anything there. There are some fuses inside the panel but since the system is operating digitally, it does not seem to be a problem with the fuse. All other switches on the manual panel are operating perfectly.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
Thank you so much,
Mike and Lori

Sounds like a blown fuse, to me. I had a similar situation with my 5er a few months back. Everything worked with the touchscreen, but a few things would not with the manual switches. I found a 15A fuse to be blown. Once replaced, everything worked as designed. Keep us updated on your findings.

My husband was able to figure it out, it was indeed a 15 amp. fuse. Thank you again!
