Cool 2020 Jayco Fifth wheel Fireplace

We purchased a brand new Jayco 5th wheel and have a fireplace. We had it 1 week and took it out for vacation. The fireplace did not work. It was replaced and one year later we took it out and the new fireplace did not work. Our dealer is replacing it but seems odd that 2 did not work. It works at dealers and then not when we take it out for vacation. Dealer says we are not doing anything wrong but wondering if anyone else is having a problem with Furrion fireplaces or any ideas how to troubleshoot the problem? Dealer just keeps replacing it but I am not convinced.

The furrion fireplace in my in-laws failed in less than a year my non furrion has had no problems. I really have not been impressed with furrion products. My furrion back up camera failed in the first year. I believe the furrion fireplace has a proximity sensor so just make sure nothing is in front of it.

The Furrion in my North Point has operated over 2 years now. No issues.

My fireplace had to be replaced because of a nail in one of the wires. It worked ok for a few months and then in the middle of the night the smoke alarm is wailing away and the 5th wheel is full of electrical odor and smoke. We are not fans of anything Furrion and the Pinnacle has plenty. The Thomas Payne recliners are awaiting replacement because Chinese poor quality build. The warranty time is almost done.
