Assuming you have the Schwintek slide mechanism, the first step is to do some YouTube research to learn how to read the codes on the controller. Once you locate the controller and read the blinking lights telling you what it thinks is wrong, go form there. If you have not been hearing any strange noises, it is likely an electrical issue, which can be as simple as a loose connection. These systems are not fun to work on, but once you understand how they work they are relatively simple. A good resource on YouTube is My RV Works (myrvworks.com) and you will find an excellent resource for almost everything RV.
