2022 Eagle HT 28.5 RSTS Tiny Sink

On our first trip with our new 2022 Eagle HT 28.5 and whomever designed the bathroom sink in these things must have never tried to actually use it. You can wash your hands in it and thatís about it. Try to wash your face or brush your teeth and you end up with water all over the cabinets and floor.

Iím going to try and replace the top and sink over the winter but am kind of POíd that they put something like this in an otherwise very capable RV. I know there are always trade offs but thereís plenty of room in the bathroom to have put a bigger sink in. You canít inset the medicine cabinet as there is a sliding door behind that wall. Any other ideas?

That's about the size bathroom sink you will find in most RV's, even high end ones. They're not made to take a bath in

Not helpful. Not trying to take a bath just washing our face and brushing teeth.

Looking at the pic, is one of your issues going to be the depth of the counter?

If you check around for a bigger sink that fits in the space, it probably won't be much deeper (front to back). I would think that would be the limiting dimension there.

If you were going to actually change it, you might consider moving the faucet to the side or corner. That would open up the smaller sink...

Just went through the same thing. Limiting factor is the counter top. I tore out the old plastic sink and top. Installed a wider top, 17Ē and put an above counter porcelain sink in. Much better and easier to use.

I have a 2017 28.5 and the sink and toilet are on opposite sides as yours. My sink space is half the space you have. Your sink also looks deeper than mine. I would consider yourself lucky.

All of the bathroom sinks I have see could be considered small. Thank goodness there is a much larger sink about 10 feet away.
That above counter bowl sink does seem to class up the joint a bit.

Your limiting factor like mine is the depth of the cabinet. I was able to install a wider top 17Ē and move the counter top sink out. I think you are going to see a wider top will not work as it will stick out past that end wall.
