2022 Jayco Pinnacle 36SSWS Slides Not Retracting

Picked up new 2022 Jayco Pinnacle 36SSWS today and when we arrived home we connected power from an outside outlet then extended slides so we could load her up. After we finished, 1 electric slide (driver side bedroom/hallway/washer/dryer) will not retact and all we hear is a clicking sound like the motor is not engaging the slide mechanism. What is the forum's recommendations to resolve and is there a manual backup (forgot to ask the dealer during PDI about that)? What is the manufacturer.........Lippert, Schwintek?

Hopefully you just ran it out to far and it may need a little push to help it overcome friction.

I would call the dealer before doing anything not knowing what make of slide it is.

Slide out looks to be a Lippert SlimRack with rack-and-pinion. Hopefully, I can gain access to the controller to see the fault code, locate / remove the motor then try to manually retract per page 17 of the owner manual.

the bedroom door needs to be fully open there is a switch at the bottom of the door on the wall that has to be pressed on by the door for the slide to work . press rhe door open against the wall near the floor then try the slide,

There is a learning curve with the Bm-Pro...but, if you take the time to learn it you will like the system.

Do not try to operate the slides or motors with the 7-way plug connected to truck...you may lock out the system....there is information in the BM-Pro manual on this and how to clear the lock out.
