Over the years we never bothered with a washer or dryer for our bumper pulls. However having moved up to this Pinnacle that is certified full time living by Jayco I decided I would treat my wife to a washer dryer combo since I did not want to cut a hole in the slide for a vent.
Camping World installed a GE washer/Dryer combo, the slide has 2 compartments that are basically used as closets if you dont have a washer and dryer installed - so there are 2 separate closets for the washer dryer side by side.

Since I installed a combo unit only the closet closest to the kitchen was used. Now I did not even think about the washer weight....its a whopping 183 lbs. Another brand of washer is only about 145 lbs, but you have even weight on both sides if you have a dryer, its not all on one end of the slide.
Now I read that these units can shake your coach, but this was extreme in my opinion to where the kitchen pendant lights were swaying and the coach shaking like an earthquake when the washer was on a spin cycle.
We also had a an issue with sewer smell in the coach after using the washer - come to find out as I was packing up to come home, I noticed a water leak while my wife was in the shower. This was probably the source of the sewer smell that seemed to be in the bedroom only, and made for a horrible nights sleep!
I also have a leak in the basement now when using the black tank flush in the basement, which has been fixed once right after we bought it.
Is anyone using a washer dryer in this particular unit with no issues? I am confident the shaking caused both of these leaks since the water leakage was only during showers for one day after using the washer during a 5 day trip and no sewer smell for any of the other days.
