27.5 RLTS ordered!

Still waiting. I am just a bit curious if anyone has a recent 27.5 rlts, what do you think of the mattress in the bedroom. Is it comfortable or not. Just know the mattress in my old Cedar Creek was ok at first but had to get a mattress topper to restore the new bed feeling. Just wondering if I should start looking for a new mattress topper soon.

The mattress is garbage. I slept on mine for 4 nights, and it is sunk in where I sleep already, and is visible even with the bed made and comforter on. I am only 200 lbs, and my wife is much less than that. Her sides is also caved in.

From what I have read, you can file a complaint with Jayco and they will cut a check for $155 to get another. We will take that $ and put towards a better mattress.

Yes, you will definitely need a topper - or two:

We purchased our 27.5 RLTS in early March and ended up adding two separate toppers:

This one and then this one on top of it. The first topper helped but the bed was still too firm for us. The addition of second topper did the trick.

Now comes the question of will the platform/mattress sag. We've only slept on it a few nights so it is too soon to know how well it will hold up.

I don't care how many toppers you put on top you still will not sleep good. Its like perfuming a pig its still a pig. I complained to my salesman and he got me $200 from Jayco.

Toss it, complete total garbage. I could tell it was junk just touching it. We say on it, said we don't want that crap. We kept out residential mattress from the trade and put the new junk one in the trade.
