28.5 rsts

Looked at one this weekend. May be the one to replace our 2010 28.5 RLS. Any present owners of one? Thoughts on it.

The one we looked at had the 2nd A/C installed over the bedroom area. It did not seem flush with the roof. Looked like it was installed several inches up on some kind of "riser". Looked "strange".

Thanks,

We have a 2015 with the second 15K A/C in the bedroom. A little over kill. Cools the bedroom quick when we stop and it's hot outside. The roof curve may make it look like it's high. As long as their is no water leaks your good.

We have a 2015 28.5 RSTS and thoroughly enjoyed our first summer with it. I liked the changes they made on it mid year. It will be back out of storage asap, if not sooner. Only one AC unit on ours, it cools just fine, opted 50 amp service when we ordered it just incase we wished to upgrade later.

We have a 2015 and love it!!!!! Ours has one AC and it dose a great job at cooling it down and maintain it. Last June we traveled all day 8 hrs in 98-102 temps when we got to our site it took about 20 min to cool it down to 68 degrees and had no problem keeping it there. As in over all we have had no real problems a few little fix's in the beginning. From May 2015 to current day we have just under 8000 miles and 45 nights, It still feels brand-new.

Good choice

We pick our new 2016 29.5 RSTS up this Saturday. It is our first fifth wheel after two keystone products. We love the floor plan and the rear seating works very well for us. My wife also really likes the island with the sink and storage. This is part of our retirement planning so this traile only sleeping four is not a big issue for us. Good luck with what you choose!!!
