2nd A/C unit

I'm looking to add a 2nd a/c unit on our front bedroom model. It has the A/C Prep package and appears to have some "extra support" included via aluminium framing. The 120 volt wire is pre-installed, as well as the breaker.
Can anyone tell me if the other wire snaked up to the prep area is a 12 volt lead for a fan, lead to the existing thermostat, or a separate wire for a separate thermostat? If a separate thermostat, does Jayco have a standard run that they would follow to find the other end to mount the thermostat? I pulled the existing thermostat and see no signs of a second lead. I would strip the wire and put a tester on it, but want to avoid exposing the wire needlessly.

You can email Jayco along with your VIN and ask for electrical drawings, they will email back a PDF of the drawings which should show locations of the wires you are looking for

The thermostat wire will be in a separate location in the area of the 2nd ac. Mine comes up and was on the inside of a closet wall. Just coiled up and ready to be connected.

A schematic may be needed if it's not obvious.
