Everything except two A/C's unless you have nothing else running with a heavy draw.

You can use everything. With that said you just need to be sure that you don't have both a/c units running at the same time. A 30 amp rig normally has exactly the same appliances except they only come with one a/c. If you have a residential fridge I would recommend using the water heater on gas.

EDIT: Al won....

a 30 AMP Breaker will give about 3,600 watts ---- if it is working right and others are not all running their ACs and the voltage is low.
But starting there
Take away what your converter is using to recharge your batteries. This will drop as they reach full charge but the converter will still use some power to run lights, fridge board, etc. Just guessing 200 watts?
Then look at what is running
Residential fridge?
Microwave
TV
Coffee pot
Etc.

You may have enough to run one AC but not both.

Get a handle on how much you are using either by adding it up or by getting a monitor to prevent low voltage or blowing the breaker.

So the bottom line to all of that, in reality is, you can’t run the toaster, coffee pot, and a ceramic heater at the same time. You may find that the coffee pot, toaster and furnace fan may not work together. You have to pick and choose appliances. It really is a PIA. Oh forgot to add the electric water heater also.

My wife tries doing this all the time. Also dont forget the hair dryer. Then she starts crabbing when breakers trip!

Although if you install the soft start on your ACs, I've heard that you can run both on a 30 amp.
