335rdok/321rsts

We’re considering purchasing either the 335RDOK or the 321. Does anyone have the newer models 2022-2023 that wouldn’t mind sharing the pros and cons? TIA

We have a 2022 321RSTS and love it... the living area is spacious, wife loves the kitchen island... we have the king bed and love the storage. Main downside is only access to one side of fridge (we have propane fridge) with slides closed and no access to the pantry or living area with slides closed. Minor detail for us, the pros are just what we needed.

the couch does fold out to a bed of course, but it's really more of a couples trailer IMO.

Thanks!

I appreciate the info. We have no access at all to the fridge in our current rig. I guess access to the fridge side is better than nothing. Thanks again!

Sorry, it's half the fridge AND freezer. The propane version is 4 doors and you can reach around the corner from the open door to kinda get to the other side. Did I say we LOVE ours? LOL

We’ve got a 321RSTS. Access to the bathroom is of course easy with everything closed up which is nice. I’ve got the residential fridge, so only access to the fridge side when the slides are closed. Also, the pantry is a no go, but we’ll usually toss a couple items from there in the coat closet if needed while stopping somewhere. Best part of this trailer hands down, is only one small window on the side facing your neighbors trailer. All the windows favor the door side. Great layout.

we have a 335rdok that we picked up in August, both wife and I love the layout, living area has two sofas that extend out to beds, bathroom is huge, bedroom has king bed
outdoor type tv/kitchen area, tons of storage. getting used to the new BM pro which allows you to use your Bluetooth to control most of RV. Water system is separate with a 5-gallon water jug you supply to have both tap drinking water and a clean supply of water for your ice maker in your refrigerator.

Thanks for the input. What vehicle do you tow with?

I have a 2021 f250 6.7 diesel SD. From my calculations and considering the weight Of passengers, dogs, etc. I think I’ll be good. Would you have any concerns with this tow vehicle?

Do you have the High Capacity Tow Package? We have a 2019 F250 and it pulls the 321 like a charm.

I like having the extra leaf spring along with the upgraded axle. Our truck is virtually identical to an F350 from the same year, with the exception of one spring in the leaf pack plus a difference in recommended rear tire pressure.

What type/brand hitch are you considering?

It’s on its third truck now. This trailer has a truck problem. Or maybe I do. I’ll blame the trailer. First was a 2016 Chevy 2500, then a 2019 3500, now a ‘22 2500. All diesel. All have done an admirable job.

Seems like the 335rdok loses all the roomyness of the 321RSTS. Would drive me crazy passing through the kitchen while the wife is cooking.

Looking at the web site, as much as I love having an outdoor kitchen, the inside kitchen does not look very chef friendly when it comes to prepping. I know that my wife would absolutely hate that design. Might wanna consult SHMBO on that point

Either one of these units will tow quite easily behind that Super Duty of yours.
