375 BFHS compartment seals

Only having problems with the two compartment on the right side which open upward. They way the factory installs the seal don't work since the clearance is so minimal it drives the seal upward till it destroys it when it is being closed. Just wondering if this is common with others or is it just me. You can see the delam result to the outside kitchen from the moisture getting in.

Warranty. I have had some water in mine there as a result of the door being open during a heavy rain, but dried it right up. I also ran a bead of silicone on that seam to limit water intrusion.

I had the whole door replaced due to not being square and rubbing the first 3 months of ownership.

My seals are driven up as you say, but they are consistent from end to end. With no malformations.
When I PDI'ed it the one seal was stuck to the top of the hatch for about 8 inches and was all buggered. Dealer ordered a new seal and it's perfect now.
