Anyone have have their main slide bind after towing. Picked unit up in Florid, heading north and stopped and setup the unit up a few times so far. When I go to put slide out it really acts like its really jammed up. I always level it properly before putting the slides out. Once its setup and unjammed it works fine all the time. Just don't need anymore damage, it's going to the factory.

It could be out of Sync. Try this:

1. Extend the slide all the way out.
2. Push the slide button to retract just until you hear the motor start to whine. Do NOT let the slide start to actually retract. Then, stop and push the button to extend for about 5 seconds.
3. Repeat step 2 several times (about 5).

Also, when extending/retracting the slide push and hold the button until it is fully in/out and hold it for a few seconds after the operation is complete. Never stop in the middle.

Try the above and see if it helps.

Am I the only one who thinks this is crazy? Spend 50+k for stuff you have jury rig.

Being a new unit you most likely need it adjusted from some settling and flexing. I had to have my top rear corner lowered as it was hanging up at extension.

Another thing is that you should only level the camper and not extend any of the stabilizers until the slides are extended. If you have auto level then I don't know what they suggest.

A reputable dealer should be able to do this for you.

That slide is not a Schwintec, but the traditional gear and arms underneath so no syncing is required.

Just at factory. All big slides are now the slim track. Service center has not had a repair yet. I guess we just roll the dice with ours

I have been keeping seals lubed with 303 protectant. I spray the four tracks with dry lube and the bottom where all the rollers rub with dry lube. Use the lube with PTFE on the shaft gibs. This all seems to of made it strain less when moving. And always have power running

Rock, got home from Tampa last night with the 5th. Towed like it wasn't even behind the truck. Something is not right with messaging right now, I'm having the same problem with messages disappearing after responding. Right now can't even see the one you sent me. Must be site problem.
