377 Cracked nose problem

So I brought my trailer in to get nose repaired. It had cracked on the front of the nose slide at front bottom corner. Lippert had sent a team to the dealership to inspect what was going on. I think there was 3 units to check.

What was found surprised me. The steel frame had separated from the aluminum structure in the nose. All the screws were loose and coming out on both sides.

After getting it all fixed, I picked it up on Friday morning. Before I even hooked up the wall cracked again above the old crack and repair. Must have been from them moving it on the yard.

I guess it is going back to the factory after all.

Oh man so sorry to hear that. Hope they get I all nailed down and fixed for you. I just had the fibreglass crack fixed on the bottom left corner of my bedroom slide so hope that fix holds up.

Where is the crack? Is it on the sidewall of the drivers side? Looks like the same location next to the bedroom slide out that MadJoker and I️ both had. It’s a 40 hour repair that includes adding gusset to strengthen the support system and adding an additional stud and cross brace.
