A/C is not whisper quiet but is leaps and bounds better than the one that was on my old Keystone unit. You can hold a normal conversation standing directly under it.

I have the heat pump option, it works great but the campground I've been at I pay the electricity. The ac is very quiet you don't have to raise the volume on the TV or you don't have to shout when having a conversation. It's much nicer than the regular version that I had in my keystone.

My unit is at the dealer for a small laundry list of items before I tuck her away for the winter. I just called when I got the notice in the mail and they claimed they will take care of it.

Small laundry list...is that like military intelligence? [emoji23]

We took delivery of our new 377 RLBH two weeks and have since towed her 500 miles and setup at three different campgrounds. Other than a little user error on my part, it's performed flawlessly including the Level Up. I did get an "out of stoke" error on one middle jack, but that's because there was a fairly pronounced depression under that jack and it really ran out of stoke. Wasn't an issue taking it up or setting up at the next campground.
I do have an issue/question on the water heater (size of) which I'm posting to a new thread.

Anyone have AC cooling issues like those with the pinnacle 38fl?

I can say that I've had no issues with the a/c. I have thermal pane windows and one A/C unit and it works great

Yup! When it's slightly humid and in the upper 80s, my rig will reach 78 or 80 degrees by noon if not sooner. This was the case about a month ago. We were on a 30amp site so I couldn't run my second AC. Unfortunately the main unit couldn't come anywhere near keeping up. As long as I kept the master bedroom door and bunk room door both shut, then those two end rooms were ok but the main living area was stuffy to say the least.

Is this one of the things on your list getting fixed? Has it been fixed yet? What was the problem and what did they do to fix it? I read on the pinnacle they added a 3rd unit

This was not on my list. I kind of shrugged it off based on the fact that it was extremely warm and humid on the weekends I was having the problem. That, coupled with the fact that the sites we were on were not at all shaded and we only had the power to run one AC...

The one trip I took with it to a 50amp site, it was a bit cooler but both ACs running did a great job. They worked hard, but they got it done.

2015 GMC Sierra DRW 3500 Duramax. And she squats her more than my 2011 Eagle 365 BHS did. Almost to the point I might add bags. The 377 is like my prom date a big ol' girl with a factory tongue weight of almost 3k. Their number does not include 2nd ac unit. I bet the average 377 loaded with your cargo and 2nd ac the pin is pushing 3500 lbs.

Fully loaded my 377rlbh has 4180# on the pin. I never scaled it empty, we loaded everything out of our old 5th wheel when we traded up.

We have every option available including the generator. We also had the fresh water tank and the fuel tank full.

That's a heavy pin. Is the trailer weight close to 20k lbs? That would be over my f350's tow capacity rating

. The trailers GVWR is listed at 16,000#'s, loaded it's a shade over that with a full load of fresh water, and 3rd propane tank.

Depending on equipment a SRW 3500 will cover the pin weight, and would still be under the GCVWR and the tow capacity limit's. My 2500 has a 17,800 trailer tow rating.

Payload is really the only limiting factor with any new diesel 2500/3500.
