377RLBH cover recommendations

Who out there has purchased a cover for their 377, or any other fifth wheel for that matter? Interested in feedback, reviews, recommendations as we head into the Autumn. What features do you wish you had or don't need? How much difference between high end and low end covers? Any issues with roof mounted accessories?

Here in Ohio, I really want to protect her from Mother Nature so that we can enjoy Mother Nature for years to come!

X 2 on wanting recommendations. I know Camping World does not sell a cover long enough. It is tough to find one that fits. When I spoke with the Camping World people they told me "It is rare to find a FW that long". It seems to me that the "over 40 ft" FW is growing.

This summer I started the search for a good cover and after reading several posts on covers and how some found them not worth their money because in some cases they only last for one season because of wind. The corners tend to tear in windy locations. So for this upcoming winter I found inside storage for $1.25 sq. ft. Almost the cost of a good cover.

Good Luck

At 344 sq ft that seems pretty expensive.

I agree, either way you look at it, winter storage is expensive unless you don't use a cover at all. Which a lot of people do.

What is overall length on your 377? I plan on going this route with our 325BHQS which measures 38'8" (Verified). I used the identical cover on our travel trailer we had before last year, and it worked great! Did not harm the trailer, nor can you tell that the cover weathered at all in its first year.

ADCO Designer Series Tyvek Plus Wind 5th Wheel RV Cover 34857 | Fifth Wheel And Toyhauler RV Covers | ADCO RV Covers | Buy RV Covers Online | Hanna Trailer Supply Oak Creek, Wisconsin

They also make part #34858 which measures up to 43'.

yes, but no where near what some of you up in the far north get. We did have 2 snowfalls last year of 12 and 16 inches plus. but most snows are in the 2-6" range.

I would not be concerned at all though, even if we had more. I was impressed as to how well it held up to the winds during winter.

Thanks for the info Bud! If measuring from bumper to front cap, the 377 is approx 42'6", so that 43' version sounds like a good possibility! Does that Tyvek top feel flimsy, or is it thicker than what you'd hang on a house?

Doesn't seem flimsy to me, it's a pretty durable cover all around. Like I said in a previous post, I had heard all the horror stories about how covers don't hold up, and was wondering what my outcome was going to be, but was pleasantly surprised that the cover did quite well. But i think alot has to do with installation as well. I took my time, padded some rough edges and made sure the cover was pretty snug all the way around.

Also, I looked up part #34858 and it actually measure 43'5", so it should make for a good fit.

I purchased this one from Amazon Warehouse Deals.. got it for 250.00

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0140M9QSK

Right now a new one is 297.00 if you choose Amazon as the seller. We are in an area that is sheltered from the wind.. Just hoping this cover holds up. Reviews are all over the place.
