377rlbh rear camera

I have a 2020 377rlbh and am curious as to what makes the rear camera work from the front bedroom. I was hoping I could plug in camera at the outlet on dresser, but nope. Normal ops require the truck lights on to energize camera.
Thanks!

Jayco has a TSB of adding a rear camera switch on the wall in the bedroom. Apparently the wiring is in the wall. You just pull it out, cut it and put a switch in using the bedroom light switch power. Camera would no longer be dependent on the running lights. You'd turn the camera on and off from the added switch in the bedroom.

Thank you. How does one get the TSB to do this install?

It's been posted on here a few times. A search might find it. I did a quick Google search and didn't find a copy. You can try your dealer or Jayco Corp. I'm sure someone will respond with the TSB or a link to it or a thread on it.

You may have a paper in your Jayco owners bag that tells of adding a camera switch.
