3rd A/C Unit

I live fulltime in my 361 REQS in South Tx where it is over 100 deg. everyday and no shade. Durimg the day my Mach15 in the living room cant keep up. Often about 90 in the middle of the day inside.
I want to add another Mach15. Does anyone know if I can install another and run off of the same thermostat. Maybe install some type of relay so they do not start at the same time.
I will need a thermostat start because the ceiling is to high for a manual knob start.

We have two different thermostats for our two AC's. There is probably a thermostat made that can control two units. I've never had trouble with both starting at the same time. The 50 amp service handles it fine.

Would it be feasible to install a window unit of some sort? It wouldn't look great but it'd be inexpensive.

Have you experimented with fans to move the cool air from the 2nd unit?

Our rig has 2 units and the ductwork is connected so it is not a bad problem but a fan helps.

I think i will try a window unit. I priced them and i can get a 12k btu for about $350.
Do they need some type of outside support?

I've been using 2 fans. That is how i have managed the summer so far. Both ac units still run continuously about 12hrs a day. Its just to hot here
