In my 2013 351RLTS, you can close the shutters on both air conditioners to duct them to the whole RV. It seems like when I do that, the air just gets lost in the ducts, and they don't cool very well. I just leave the shutters open and let both air conditioners blow straight down.

It depends on the rig. My 2011, 351RLTS is ducted throughout. Either ac feeds the duct system from either end or both.
