Exactly. In this heat/humidity in Texas, I will keep it on Cool/Hi from now on.

That's not exactly true...there's a new Furrion unit out that is 15.5k

Just the name "Furrion" would scare the hell out of me

I personally would never buy anything with the name Furrion on it.

Ok, thanks. So that said, I don't think 500 btu is worth paying the cost of an entire new whisper quiet unit I would be paying out of pocket for. And I too would do nothing with the Furrion name on it. But thanks for the input.

For now it works okay, just not great. I may try running it with the fan constant on instead of hi/auto. But I think I've just resigned myself to replacing it with a 13.5K high efficiency unit in the next 18 months or so.
I got a text from the service manager. They had to retape some of the ductwork. Said it's working much better now.

It sure sounds like your coil froze over. Make sure both coils are clean and straight.,(no bent fins), and nothing is blocking them. Have a dealer clean the coils or buy both sprays and do it yourself, Yes, I would leave the fan on Hi not auto.

Good luck
