The wait is finally over! Picked up our North Point on Saturday at Albany RV. Shortly after I started this thread, we were contacted by a different person at the dealer, who started the conversation with 'I understand you've been getting the runaround here.' He then told us where the camper was, when it would be arriving in Albany, how long they needed it for prep and gave us an appointment for the PDI. At last, accurate information! We arrived Saturday for our appointment and our tech London couldn't have been better. Answered our (many many) questions patiently, cheerfully and honestly. Did not hurry us in the least. Showed us the few issues that had been found and addressed, and sent us on our way with his direct phone number. Hope springs eternal!
This thing is HUGE. The DH had to make some modifications to our sloping driveway so it doesn't drag going in or out. Also fixed a few minor things we found while driveway camping (none of them come perfect). Headed out for a test run close to home this weekend. Weather not looking great but it's a 'working' weekend, so no matter. Hoping it's as reliable as it is beautiful!
