I doubt it.

You need to post the year and model of your RV. Maybe yours does.

Most that I know of fish a lead from the nearest light. This may be a problem if yours is switched.

The other way is to run a power line through a surface wiring channel.

I replaced the crappy stock vent with a MaxxFan Deluxe 4 speed manual unit. It was relatively easy to fish a wire through the space between the roof and the ceiling to the power source feeding the bathroom vent fan. (this is on a 2020 30.5 CKTS 5th wheel)
There will not be a 12V power source at the vent framing area, even if you have the 2nd AC pre-wire option.
For what it is worth, we love the MaxxFan Deluxe. Especially because when closed it is low enough not to increase the height of the camper for bridge clearance. It does sit higher than the original vent, but is lower than that vent would be if I put a standard cover over the vent.
One word of caution, depending on what model you are working with and if it is a fifth wheel: you may have to be creative with the garnish trim. MaxxFan does not make one tall enough for the Jayco fifth wheel, I was able to customize the existing garnish:
you would never know.
