Advice on Seismic 4113 purchase plz

Hi there, we are looking at buying a seismic 4113 from years, 20 to 2023.

They look beautiful, we’ve had some issues about the axles, and I just wanted to know what you would look for real close on these if we decided to get one. We’re starting to go take a look at some of these, and just wanna make sure we don’t get something that has a problem that we can’t fix.

Any tips or advice good or bad would like to hear it all.

For starters-
Axles were a problem on our non- toy hauler 5er, a brand new unit. Check tires for abnormal wear indicating axle out of alignment. Check springs, mounts, frame welds for bent / cracking. Check roof for damage, seams sealed, no sealant cracking. If equipped, check slide systems for proper operation. Our slim rack kitchen sliedout had nearly every exterior mounting screw head broken off, yet the sealant held them in place. Only way to know was to try to turn them with a screwdriver. Look over leveling system if it's hydraulic, pump area should be dry.
