When we bought our 2011 Ford F250 Super Duty 6.7L, I installed the Firestone Ride Rite air bags. Other than a small air leak on one side, never had any issues. This go around with a new 2017 F250 6.7L, I went with the Air Lift 5000 Ultimate with jounce. No issues at this point, but have only towed the Pinnacle about 150 miles so far. I splurged this time with the addition of the Air Lift 72000 wireless compressor system. Pretty sweet set up! Mostly personal preference I suppose, as each company produces good quality bags. I'm sure if any problem came up on either unit, the company would stand by their product. Good luck with your choice.

Product quality wise... I think they are virtually identical.
Study the install guides for each brand that fit your truck. On my 2011 Ford F-250 I install Firestones and they were easy to install and worked great.
On my 2014 Ram I again with with Firestones only to realize they required some light drilling/cutting and in general a PITA to install. I returned them and got the Air Lifts and had them installed in well under an hour. Night and day difference as far as the install went.

Air bags
I don't think you'll go wrong with either brand. I went with Firestone Ride Rite bags... I think this year makes 4 years since I installed them and no issues to speak of... Very easy bolt on install...

Partial to Air Lift. I got the 5000's without the jounce bumper. Unless you're mega heavy in the rear and get a lot of porpoising, the jounce bumper really isn't needed.

Agree with the others that you won't go wrong with either brand, but when I had them I went with the Air Lift because they had better warranty coverage for about the same price.
If I was to do it again it would be the Air Lift 5k, with the jounce bumper. TWP makes a good point about not needing them unless you're super heavy, and maybe I'm a little paranoid, but I look at them as "belt and suspenders". In my experience, if an air bag is going to go bad, it's going to happen when you're on a trip and need them - with the jounce bumper you can at least run with no pressure in the bags and won't have to worry about bottoming out your suspension.

I would look at the installation instructions and see which is easier. I also got the onboard compressor.

I have the Firestone on my 2016 2500 ram and love them, if you or any one else get the Firestone make sure that all of the hardware fit. I made the mistake not do that and in the middle of my install I found out that the bracket didn't fit.
Man what a pain in the behind I was most of the night grinding some of the material down so I could get it to fit, next time I will probably go with Air Lift just because but I think that you can't go wrong with either.

I have the air lift 5000 WITH jounce bumpers. Mainly because you do not have to worry about maintaining a minimum of 5 psi in the bags. Plus, they were a "no drill" install.

As an alternative take a look at SuperSprings. Easy install, no adjustments and they have no effect on the ride of TV when empty. I have them and they work great.
