For those of you who are interested in tire problems, TPMS, tire pressures, etc. I suggest you visit Roger Marble's blog (links below). He is a tire design and quality engineer with over 40 years experience. His blog is a wealth of information. It doesn't matter which RV website I visit there are always questions about tire failures, pressures, and TPMS systems. If you want a professional's opinion I am not sure you could find a better person.

Roger's answer to what inflation pressure for a trailer would be something like 'use the manufacturers inflation tables AFTER determining the real world weight of each tire on your trailer, use the heaviest weight measured, then add a 10-15% safety factor.'

Happy reading!

If you call Jayco and give them the serial number they can tell you what your rims are rated for. I have the same trailer and mine were rated for 80PSI.

I upgraded to Maxxis tires and also use a TireMinder TPMS. I have found the temperature of the tire run consistently 10 degrees over the outside temperature when above 50 degrees. I have run them in single digit temperatures up to 105.

I have the same fiver as you. I called Jayco and they said they thought mine were good for 110. Treddit said the wheels were from them and were 80psi wheels. Jayco told me the wheels could have come from another place who said 110psi. I put S637's on the wheels and am running them at 100psi. So far so good.

Have you weighed your setup? I have about 3000lb on my pin and when I was shopping for a new truck I went with a 3500 as the 2500 couldn't handle the pin weight. I'll weigh again this winter to see where I'm at with this truck.

For those running Endurance, here is the Goodyear chart of the proper inflation values (vs. weight):
