Mine came with it. It’s a shim to take up slack where the part that attches to the trailer. Mine came with directions. Looks like your picture is sitting on the bracket and directions. Call -

Thank You, and yes, directions are included. I just had never seen or heard of it. I presume it fit with your MoRyde pin box?

I've had mine a while, and it didn't come with that shim....

I went to the Andersen site and downloaded the latest and greatest installation instructions, and didn't see that shim shown.

Are you saying that it's a shim to go between the ball adapter and kingpin plate when there is a rather large gap?

EDIT:

Scratch that, yes, that's what it's for. When I log in, then I can click on photos and make them bigger - and once I did that, I was able to read the directions. lol
