My wife and I just finished 39 days of full time living in our 2018 Jayco Pinnacle 36FBTS. We had absolutely no problems “glamping” in central Florida. Our Pinnacle living could not have been any better.

Due to my job we full time 365 in our SOB 5th wheel for the last 5 years. We are looking at a 38 refs and now it looks like we will be in a 2019 instaed of an 2018 because that model with all the options we want is taking up to 12 to 18 weeks if were lucky, to get built because the hurricanes last year has put a strain on getting a 5th wheel. There are just a few other model pinnacles at the dealership but we want this one. this will be our 4th rv that we have owned and now after living full time we now know what we need and found the pinnacle to be the best bank for the buck. On the full timing part, we have had to make changes and i mean big changes in our lives after owning 80 acres in the UP of Michigan and we do not just own the 5th wheel but have a cargo trailer that stores all the stuff that wont fit in the rv like my tools and her Christmas stuff. We do have to move twice if my job moves but we don't have any regrets in doing that. We have a model like the one you are looking at and we now want one bigger and a layout that is more setup like a home. Good luck with your decision. We love the idea of being mobile. oh yea. make sure you have a 1 ton truck and a DRW is highly recommended to pull these coaches.

We've been full timing in a Pinnacle 36KPTS for almost 2 years. Absolutely no problems.

Took delivery of our 2018 Pinnacle 36 KPTS last October. Not full-timers but the wife and I are nearing the end of a five month stay first in Texas, then Florida and now back in Texas. Love the floor plan/layout and the amenities. Wife loves the factory installed stack washer and dryer and all of the kitchen storage. A number of fit and finish issues but nothing too serious. Only semi-major issue so far was a loose toilet. The flange was cracked where one of the bolts protruded that holds the toilet down. Rather than replace the toilet flange I added a residential repair plate to the top of the toilet flange to remedy the situation. Had to trim the top of the flange to make the plates sit flush. Have a number of modifications in mind and am planning to have the MorRyde IS suspension and disk brakes installed.

We've been full time in a JayFlight 24FBS for 2.5 years and just moved into a 2017 Designer a couple months ago.
Seems to be the usual fit n finish issues, shelves that need reinforced for actual use, and wiring issues. Appears to be the normal new trailer stuff and I'm getting them repaired one weekend at a time.
Altogether we are loving it.
