I am in a different boat as my trailer is BIGGER. So I do have the 1 ton. I never look down on anyone as I remember where I came from. 22BH with an Astro van.

Hey what do you mean where I came from? Maybe this is where some of us choose to be.

Just MY situation. I LOVED my 22BH. I packed all 6 of us in there, (when the kids were small) LOL Now I am older and choose to s p r e a d out. LOL
No disrespect intended. :lizard:

Teevman, I think Mike was just referring to remembering his roots, and times when campers were smaller and money might have been a bit tighter. I did not take any offense at his comments, and agree with him with regard to not looking down on anyone. Let's keep our sense of humor here, and enjoy the JOF.

Woops sorry for the misunderstanding. I was just joking around. Guess I should have picked a better smiley.

We towed the Eagle 23.5 HT again this weekend and I am always amazed how well this teuck is doing with this trailer, no struggle, no strains, no problems. I haven't seen a 5th wheel this short yet pulled by a 1/2 ton. Lots of 30+ feet and 1/2 ton combo looking solid.

No hard feelings here at all.
Towed with my new truck yesterday with 30-40mph gusts of wind. LOVE the truck, it towed the 351RLTS like it wasn't even there. Got 11.5mpg towing as well in the wind. Not bad considering my last truck only got 8mpg on flat land.
Forfun. I've driven the Ecoboot F-150... Cannot believe it was a V6. WOW
