We purchased a "used" 2018 Jayco 28.5 HT Jayco 5th wheel in September 2018. First owners didn't like the 5th wheel and traded it in on a 2018 Montana. Being a used Jayco we didn't get any of the manuals (furnace, refrigerator, AC, etc) when purchased. Any idea on where we can locate manuals? Thanks for the help guys.

Check the top of the page under "Manuals". Some of what you need may be there. The next option is the web site for the appliance. Most have a sections for manuals by model #.
Another thing you can try is to contact Thor and give the VIN for your rig and ask for the build sheet which should list the manufacturer, model and serial number of all the components when the unit was built and delivered. That should help with the search for the manuals.
The worst that can happen is Jayco tells you that since your not the original owner to pound sand, but I would be surprised if that happens.

Our 2018 Eagle HT has the list of appliances with model numbers listed on the back side of one of the kitchen cabinet doors. Check if you have the list and then you could google for the manuals.
I’ve had good luck coating manuals by doing a google search with the device (ie: oven), manufacturer (ie: Atwood), model number and “manual”. Most manufacturers will have manuals available on their web site as well.
